A short privacy note.

SoloKeySplit is built to see as little as possible.

  • No accounts. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing tied to your identity.
  • The plaintext secret, the access password, and the client key never reach the server — they are combined and used only inside your browser.
  • The server stores an encrypted envelope only long enough to be claimed once or to expire, then it is gone.
  • No analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party scripts, and no external fonts or CDNs of any kind.
  • Only three cookies are used: an encrypted session cookie and its matching token that together protect form submissions against cross-site request forgery, and one to remember your language choice. None of them ever contains secret data.
  • Server logs never include the plaintext secret, the access password, the ciphertext, secret locators, or secret URLs.
